Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

  • Your user account and login credentials
  • All branch and organisation data associated with your account
  • Patient records, session histories, and treatment plans
  • Session recordings and AI-generated transcripts
  • Billing history and subscription records

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export any records you need before submitting a request.

Timeframe

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes).

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@sanady.care with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your clinic / branch name
  • A brief description of what you would like deleted
