By accessing or using Sanady Care ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Sanady Care is a clinic management platform designed for healthcare providers, including clinics, therapy centres, and specialist practices. The Service provides tools for appointment scheduling, patient management, billing, session recording, treatment planning, and clinical analytics.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each staff member must have their own account; credential sharing is not permitted. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in writing.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
A free trial may be offered at our discretion. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all patient data entered into the Service. You act as the data controller and Sanady Care acts as a data processor on your behalf; this processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. You must obtain all necessary consents from patients before storing their personal or health information.
Session recording requires explicit patient consent. By initiating a recording within the Service, you confirm that the patient's consent has been obtained and is on file.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Sanady Care and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your clinic's internal operations.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated transcripts and clinical summaries are provided as assistance tools only and do not constitute medical advice. Clinicians are solely responsible for all clinical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanady Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or clinical records.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Data export is available for 30 days following termination; after that, data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, including Law No. (13) of 2016 Concerning the Protection of Personal Data. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
