How does the AI session recording work?
During a session, the specialist taps record (with patient consent). Audio is captured and uploaded to secure storage. Our AI pipeline (Groq Whisper) transcribes the audio, then generates a structured clinical summary with chief complaint, session notes, and next steps. The entire process is async — it never blocks session completion.
Is my patient data secure?
Absolutely. All data is stored with Row-Level Security enforced at the database level. Patient data is isolated per branch. Session recordings require explicit patient consent. We are PDPPL compliant and follow healthcare data handling best practices.
Can I run more than one branch?
